The product you received is defective.

You were sent the wrong item by mistake.

To ensure a smooth shopping experience, we kindly ask that you double-check your size and product details before placing an order.

Reporting an Issue

If you believe you've received a defective or incorrect item, please follow these steps:

Contact our support team at info@maiesa.com or WhatsApp us at +92 332 0973111 within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Include your order number, clear photos of the product, and a brief description of the issue.

Once approved, we'll guide you through the return process.

After we’ve received and inspected the item, we'll either send you a replacement or issue store credit as appropriate.

Important Notes

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags intact.

Return shipping costs are covered if the error was on our end (e.g., defective or incorrect item).

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Processing Time

Please allow 3 business days for us to review your return once received. Store credit will be issued to you as a coupon code via WhatsApp within 10 business days which can be redeemed at our website.
